Lifetime Replacement Policy
SI is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and strives daily to improve the products manufactured and the service provided. All products are covered by a one year parts and labor warranty against manufacturer defects.
All products are also covered by our Lifetime Replacement Policy. If at any time the original owner of an SI Screens product experiences a defect or damage of any kind, manufacturer or otherwise, upon receipt of the defective product and proof of purchase, SI will repair to like new condition or replace (at company discretion) any currently manufactured product for one half of the then current suggested retail price for that product.
RMA Policy .:
To recieve your RMA return authorazation number, please print and fax your completed form to (512) 832-6136.

SI also provides free customer support from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. Support options range from expert telephone and email support to referral of qualified in home professional installers around the nation.
